Introductory EFT Session

I would be honoured to share my passion for EFT with you during your Introductory Session. You will:

Your first session will only end after you have experienced a significant decrease in the intensity of the difficult feelings you have been experiencing. These emotions may include shame, guilt, grief, anger, worry, frustration, betrayal, overwhelm, etc. Many times clients notice a reduction in physical tension associated with emotional difficulties. Typically EFT recipients remark that they find themselves feeling calmer, lighter, more peaceful and more relaxed.

How long are EFT Tapping Sessions?

Sessions end at a natural ending point, after you are considerably relieved and with an new understanding of what happened, the intensity of what you have been feeling has been significantly reduced, and/or you have reframed a limiting belief into a more empowering message about yourself. I am NOT a fan of the 50 minute hour!  I allocate up to two hours for introductory sessions, to allow for time to get to know each other and for questions to be answered as well as experience an actual EFT session.

(If you choose to continue, subsequent meetings USUALLY last between 55 and 90 minutes, however the length of the session depends on you, and not on the clock.) Sessions end at a logical ending point, when your feelings have become calmer and/or aha moments have been achieved.

If possible, avoid scheduling any potentially stressful activities or conversations for right after your Introductory Session. You may need time to rest, reflect and to give yourself time to integrate the new feelings and understandings. (So, perhaps DON’T ask your boss for a raise, or your spouse for a divorce that day!)

Where will your Introductory Session take place?

Introductory EFT sessions are held by Zoom, Skype, Facebook Messenger, What’s App…
