Introductory EFT Session

Alice would be honoured to share her passion for EFT with you during your Introductory Session. You will:

Experience how effective working with a certified EFT Practitioner can be for you.

√ Identify what you want to change and why.

√Start to diminish the negative self talk that is burdening you.

√ Begin to make positive changes in your life.

√ Learn how to tap on yourself, if you don’t already.

√Acquire new tips and techniques for self-tapping.

Your first session will only end after you have experienced a significant decrease in the intensity of the difficult feelings you have been experiencing. These emotions may include shame, guilt, grief, anger, worry, frustration, betrayal, overwhelm, etc.

Many times clients notice a reduction in physical tension associated with emotional difficulties. Many EFT recipients remark that they find themselves feeling calmer, lighter, more peaceful and more relaxed.

You will leave with a sense of the experience and expertise that Alice will bring to your transformational journey.

How long are EFT Sessions with Alice?

Sessions end at a natural ending point, after you are considerably relieved and with an new understanding of what happened, the intensity of what you have been feeling has been significantly reduced, and/or you have reframed a limiting belief into a more empowering message about yourself. Alice allocates two hours for introductory sessions, although some people simply take less time.

(If you choose to continue, subsequent meetings USUALLY last between 55 and 90 minutes but that depends on you, and not on the clock. Some people simply take less time and others more.)

If possible avoid scheduling any potentially stressful activities or conversations for right after your Introductory Session. You may need time to rest, reflect and to give yourself time to integrate the new feelings and understandings. (So, perhaps DON’T ask your boss for a raise, or your spouse for a divorce that day!)

Where will your Introductory Session take place?

Introductory EFT sessions are held by Zoom, Skype, Google Hangouts or in person at Alice Grange’s office in the Comox Valley of BC.

Under special request, Alice will consider travelling to your home or office.

(Alice’s office is pet friendly so local clients with allergies may wish to meet online or elsewhere).
