While primarily an EFT Tapping Practitioner, my practice has been informed by many other modalities, experiences, and teachings.

As many of those who have worked with me know, after tapping on many of the events and people and circumstances that have caused you grief, anxiety, fear, anger, overwhelm….

I often encourage EFT Recipients, to do some tapping on what you WOULD like in your life! 

Too often we get stuck in victimhood, unable to even consider that life could be better, that we could move past our pasts. While tapping on what we don’t want to experience anymore helps to reduce the chances of replicating more of the same, tapping on what we do want helps to propel us forward.

Mary Morrissey has been an incredible influence on my life and my work, in terms of encouraging me to go for my dreams. She is offering a virtual workshop that I encourage everyone who wants to move forward to take. 

My partner and I took her Dream Building workshop last year and both found it very beneficial, both individually and for our relationship.
